The typical schedule is as follows:
If an advance is requested before 10:00 am IST on a business day, it will arrive the same day by 11:59 pm (local time).
If an advance is after 10:00 am IST, it will arrive on the following business day by 11:59 pm (local time).
If an advance is requested at any time on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will arrive on the following business day by 11:59 pm (local time)
Please note a business day is Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays.
The delivery time typically depends on your bank's processing times.
After an advance is requested, we cannot cancel or expedite the delivery.
1.Log in to your Northwestern Finance account with your email or phone number at www.nwfinance.in
2. Head to "Settings"
3. Your account cannot be deleted until all active loans are fully repaid. This helps ensure proper closure of your financial records. If you'd like to repay the advance early, navigate to the Advances tab and click "Make a payment.”
4. Scroll down to the button that says "Delete My Account"
5. Confirm you want to delete
6. Done!
